You have provided PII to your healthcare provider. Ottalaus Health does not collect nor have access to Your PII. Vitals We collect are anonymous in Our systems. These are shared directly with Your healthcare provider, which has the required information to associate these Vitals with You.
Data collected and controlled by our partners is governed by their own privacy policy.
Your use of this app indicates that:
- Your healthcare provider has, independent from this agreement, obtained Your consent to gather Your vital signs data.
- You consent that We can collect and share Your vitals signs data with Your healthcare provider.
If required, We may also share your data to comply with applicable law.
Cookies
Our website and mobile apps store user session management data on Your device. When using Our website, this data is stored in the form of a browser cookie. We do not use cookies for any purpose other than user session management.
Transfer of Information
All communications to and from our systems made over public networks are encrypted.
Third Party Data Sharing

Data Retention
We retain Medical device reading data for a maximum of 60 days, after which it is permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

By using Our products or services, You understand and agree that You will not hold Ottalaus Health, LLC liable for any damages or losses, real or perceived, that arise from:

- Violation of the rights of any third party.
